The American progressive rock band Kansas comes to Panama as part of their South America tour that includes Chile, Argentina, Peru and Guatemala. Kansas, symbol of music in the 70s, will be presented for the first time in the Atlapa, Anayansi Theater this September 23.

With hit singles such as “Carry On My Wayward Son”, “Point of Know Return” and especially famous “Dust in the Wind”, this band incorporates its own right side of the rock culture of the United States, so many of the most renowned contemporary groups have recognized its legacy, including Metallica and Nirvana.

The group is currently composed by Phil Ehart (drums), David Ragsgdale (guitar and violin), Steve Walsh (keyboards and vocals), Richard Williams (lead guitar) and Billy Creer ( voice and bass).

About 40 people make up the staff and supervise the assembly and setting that will be part of a concert celebrating the 35 year anniversary of the legendary band.

Tickets for the concert are already on sale through Ticket Metro Plus Pharmacy,Subaru Calle 50, Extreme Planet and Hometek.

Ticket prices – $30-100
